How far in advance do I need to order?

Orders must be placed before 2:45pm for next day delivery. Sandwiches, Wraps, Limited Selection of Salads and Drinks can be ordered same day if required. Call or use our live chat to arrange this.

What are the delivery charges and available suburbs?

Delivery is only available to Sydney CBD and surrounds. Delivery is $10 for orders under $120.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How do I choose my Delivery Day and time?

Please select your day and time for delivery from the dropdown menu on the checkout cart.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, please check your email for the invoice and confirmation of your order.

How do I cancel an order?

Please email catering@deliziosa.com.au or alternatively reply to the invoice you received.
A credit note will be issued to be used at a later date.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery date may not be credited.
